How does it all work?

If you are ready to step away from yo-yo dieting and looking for long lasting, sustainable weight loss and health changes, I can help. Using a habit-based model we will tailor a realistic and achievable plan to help you reach your goals. I will provide evidence-based nutrition education and you will learn how to be successful without needing to rely on motivation and willpower. 

I won't tell you what to do or what to eat, I will teach you the strategies required so that you can continue to improve long after we finish working together. 

If you are looking for a meal plan and a rapid weight loss then perhaps this program might not be the right fit for you. 

Package Options

Sustainable changes to your weight and well being is not something that can be accomplished in just one session. I am currently offering packages of 6 sessions with the ability to add on single sessions if you feel you would benefit from additional support and accountability.
