Using a habit-based model we will tailor a realistic and achievable plan to help you reach your goals. I will provide evidence-based nutrition education and you will learn how to be successful without needing to rely on motivation and willpower.
I won't tell you what to do or what to eat, I will teach you the strategies required so that you can continue to improve long after we finish working together.
