Quit Smoking Program
1. 6 Coaching Sessions (60mins)
Each session is outlined in your own study guide. Session topics include the 3 elements of addiction, smoking and your health, methods for quitting.
You choose whether you would like your coaching session to be fortnightly or weekly.
2. Telephone Sessions (10mins)
Weekly telephone check ins provide an opportunity for additional support and encouragement.
This is an opportunity to discuss any findings you’ve had from our coaching session or any challenges you may have faced.
3. Resource Pack
Your own study guide and workbook to use during the course.
