1. 6 Coaching Sessions (60mins)

  • Each session is outlined in your own study guide. Session topics include the 3 elements of addiction, smoking and your health, methods for quitting.

  • You choose whether you would like your coaching session to be fortnightly or weekly.

2. Telephone Sessions (10mins)

  • Weekly telephone check ins provide an opportunity for additional support and encouragement.

 

  • This is an opportunity to discuss any findings you’ve had from our coaching session or any challenges you may have faced.

 

3. Resource Pack

  • Your own study guide and workbook to use during the course.

 

  • A comprehensive list of useful resources you can access for FREE.
