I am an accredited dietitian and health coach and I love helping my clients tap into their full potential! 

After working as a dietitian for over 15 years, I know the weight loss journey is about so much more than just the number on the scales. It is important to celebrate all the non-scale victories such as more energy, increased fitness and mobility, improved confidence in your body and feeling more comfortable in your own skin. 

I love watching the change in my clients as they gain confidence, reignite their excitement about the future and go on to push boundaries and challenge themselves in ways they never thought possible - travel, new relationships, trying new activities...whatever it is that lights them up!
