I’m Annie, an accredited dietitian and health coach and I look forward to helping you make change that lasts!
After working as a dietitian for over 18 years, I understand your weight loss journey has probably been a bit of a roller-coaster. You have done diets that have "worked" but months or years later you find yourself back where you started. You are sick of feeling uncomfortable in your clothes and having to spend 4 hours getting ready for a social event only to find that you still feel crap in what you're wearing.
Then throw in some perimenopause symptoms on top of that. You’re not feeling like yourself and you no longer recognise your own body!
You are feeling ready for change and don't want to repeat past dieting mistakes but you're not quite sure what approach to take - this is where I come in! Through practical and sustainable habit change I will help you boost your energy, increase your fitness and mobility, improve body confidence and help you feel more comfortable in your own skin. You will lose weight WITHOUT restrictive dieting and regain control of your food and eating.
